Reflecting on Diversity and Inclusion
On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we reflect on the battles that have been fought before us, and the efforts are still our inspiration today.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day was first observed nationally in 1986 and adopted by all states in 2000. Martin Luther King Jr. is best known for his non-violent activism for civil rights. His fervent pursuit of equality still inspires us today.
JUNKÂ works to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community for our employees and customer relationships. We are all here together.Â
We celebrate and welcome diversity in all aspects, bringing people into our circle for the talent and uniqueness they bring to our brands. We believe this helps us serve our customers better by understanding our audience and solving problems from different perspectives.
