    I think it’s so important to have treats, especially around the holidays! Cinnamon rolls are my favorite dessert, so I wanted to create a recipe that would fuel my performance and keep me feeling my best. It took some experimenting, but I finally created a recipe that tasted AMAZING too! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

    Melt butter, sugar, and honey in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil then turn down the heat to medium/low and let simmer until it becomes a rich amber color then remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
